Goddamn, what to do in Rotterdam in less than 12 hrs? Don’t worry, I have you covered. Everyone knows that Rotterdam is known for it’s epic modern architecture but what many people don’t know is that it’s a good place to wine and dine too.
If you are anything like me and you fancy great food I’d suggest a visit to the covered food market where you will find a multitude of different types of cuisines to taste. In this cozy atmosphere and pleasant busy vibe you’ll discover many new tastes. On Saturdays the food market is complemented by a huge open air food market that will please any cheese lover. Next to cheese, and the typical vegetable and fruit markets you’ll find vintage furniture booths too.
Rotterdam off course is also an amazing shopping city. The best street for that is the Witte de Withstraat. Where next to concept stores, vintage stores and little boutiques with a curated collection, you’ll also find a thousand cool bars to have cocktails.
Vintage lovers will also love love love Rotterdam.
